Province of Ontario Sets Up New Caregiver Helpline

The Government of Ontario has set up a Toll-Free Caregiver Hotline to help caregivers know their rights and to assist them with their concerns. 

This Hotline can be accessed by calling:  1-866-372-3247

Good News for Caregivers!

The Government of Ontario has agreed to introduce Legislation that would include similar regulations, penalties, and enforcement of violations, which Eglinton-Lawrence MPP Mike Colle proposed in his Private Members' Bill, Bill 160: Caregiver and Foreign Worker Recruitment Act, 2009.
