Megan is the manager of the Pembina Institute’s Sustainable Workforce program, Megan develops solutions to addressing the socio-economic dimensions of a clean energy transition. Passionate about people-centered climate policy, Megan focuses on supporting workers and communities in adapting to a changing world. She collaborates closely with labour organizations and civil-society groups and serves on the board of Blue-Green Canada.
