Trish is the founder and owner of Switch Heat Pumps, a climate-focused heating and cooling company that got the ball rolling for heat pumps in Toronto. She has always been passionate about solutions that decarbonize our homes and our lives. Trish has also worked at the Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto and the Pembina Institute, an Alberta-based clean energy think tank.
